Standards

We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible for people with disabilities.

The guidelines have three levels of accessibility (A, AA, and AAA). We have chosen Level AA as our target for the Denver Willis Consulting website.

What this means

• Content can be perceived by all users (text alternatives, captions, adaptable content)
• User interface components are operable (keyboard accessible, enough time, no seizure-inducing content)
• Content is understandable (readable, predictable, input assistance)
• Content is robust enough to work with assistive technologies

Known Limitations

While we strive to ensure accessibility of our website, there may be some limitations. We are working to address these and improve accessibility wherever possible.

• Third-party content: Some content provided by third parties (such as embedded maps or social media feeds) may not be fully accessible
• PDF documents: Some older PDF documents may not be fully accessible. We are working to update these
• Legacy content: Some older pages may not fully meet current accessibility standards
